Gospelis designs and sells hand-lettered, foil-stamped vegan leather journals, and offers custom-branded bulk orders for churches, ministries, and other organizations.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but because each cover is foil-stamped onto genuine vegan leather, slight variation in color or texture between units is normal and not a defect. Product availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are subject to change without notice.
Placing an order through our site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example, in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item that turns out to be unavailable. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at checkout.
For custom church and organization orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of the name, logo, and other details you submit, and you confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you provide us. We'll send a design proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, production starts, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. A one-time custom setup fee applies to cover your unique foil die, as described on our Custom Orders page, and is waived automatically on qualifying order sizes. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your logo and order details.
All original artwork, hand-lettering, and designs featured on our journals and website are the property of Gospelis and may not be reproduced or used without our permission. Any name, logo, or artwork you submit for a custom order remains your property — we use it solely to produce your order.
Shipping timelines and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms.
Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gospelis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Gospelis operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
